Initial consultation to understand a client’s goals, aspirations, and internal support to undertake digital transformation.  Coming from this engagement, we’ll jointly understand where we want to go and how much we want to tackle together.

The first step in Digital Transformation is the readiness assessment.  Organizations are at various levels of digital maturity – and a clear roadmap of capabilities (technical and organizational), competitor capabilities, and gaps will be identified.

Based on the readiness assessment phase, a set of capabilities and opportunities will be identified.  We’ll take this and work with the leadership of the organization to answer the key questions of “What should be transformed”, “Why”, and “What will it do for us”.

Once the end state has been defined, projects need to be scoped, prioritized, and sequenced.  This takes into account marketplace opportunities, opportunities to harvest savings for future phases, and overall business priorities.

In this phase, a set of vendors will be selected for implementation of the roadmap.  This may include systems, technology, and system integrators to implement parts, or all, of this program.
